Q: How can I customize a product?

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Drop us a message via WhatsApp: https://wa.me/60103878938 or on Instagram @banbannn.studio.
  • Share your desired photo and preferred art styles. We’ll discuss the design details with you. For the best results, please ensure the photo is clear and high resolution.
  • We will send you a quotation.

Step 2: Place Your Order

  • Your order will be placed and processed once payment is received.
  • Photo replacements or design changes are NOT allowed once the drawing has begun.
  • We will send you a draft for confirmation and any revisions before production.

Step 3: Wait for Your Shipment! ❤️

Q: How long will it take to customize a product?

Our standard production timeframe is 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time.

For urgent orders, additional fees apply. Contact us to discuss and confirm the production timeline.

Q: Can I modify the illustration before printing?

Yes, one small revision is allowed after we send you the preview.

Please note the illustration may not be 100% identical to the photo, but we aim to capture its essence.

Q: Can I merge different photos into one portrait?

Yes, you can. Please notify us in advance for requests like photo merging, changing posture, or changing clothes.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?

  • West Malaysia: RM8
  • East Malaysia: RM15
    *Rates apply to parcels around 3kg*

Parcel shipping using J&T Express or Ninjavan.

If you need your order on a specific date, we can arrange LALAMOVE or GRAB EXPRESS. Customers are responsible for delivery fees based on platform rates, applicable only for the Klang Valley area.

For other countries, please contact us before placing your order.

Q: Where is your studio? Can I arrange for self-pickup?

Yes, we're based in Puchong, Selangor. Contact us to schedule a convenient time for pickup.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer Online Bank Transfer, but we also accept Touch & Go and PayPal for your convenience.

Q: Refund/Cancellation

All products are non-refundable, and cancellations are strictly prohibited once the work has commenced.
